The House:

Lovely, quiet, and warm large ground floor flat (one above only) with front and back garden, many choices of public transportations- buses or train stations, Silverburn shopping mall, choices of gym, choices of grocery stores, enchanting Rosshall park, walk/ cycle trails, and Pollok country park close by. Easy front street parking. Space for bike at the back garden with ease of access.

About Me:

Live-in landlord. From time to time, I’ll be away for weeks or months. I’m a vegetarian and a foodie. I like plants, nature, cleanliness, neatness and tidiness. I don’t consider myself to have OCD, just good standard. I like people who are independent, respectful, love learning new things. I appreciate wit and humour, will laugh at irony, can hold an intellectual conversation or a silly one.
