A spacious and comfortable room is available for rent in Quay Point, EnSuite Classic. This room comes with all the bills included and a fast WIFI connection. This property is just 2 minutes away from Northumbria University, Manors Metro, and the bus stop. And 10 minutes away from City Centre. Additionally, there is a common room for students which includes a pool table, table tennis, and a large-screen TV for entertainment. There is a gym and cinema room (with a large TV and sound bar for a premium movie experience). The staff here are very friendly and they sort out any issue very quickly. This is an awesome place for a student to live in. Since I am moving to my friend’s place, I am looking for an appropriate person to take over my contract. Thank you.
