I have a large double room for rent in a newly renovated 3 bed house in Scunthorpe. The room is furnished and has a bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, table and chair as well as other storage space. I also provide bedding, linen and towels if needed. The house is newly furnished and has the usual cooking/washing appliances. Shared kitchen, but the main bathroom is only shared by the female renters.

Rent is £150 a week, and includes all bills as well as free broadband.(‘all bills’ does not include personal items and effects insurance). Extra if there are additional people (including children). Rent is paid weekly plus one weeks deposit of £150, so total move in cost is £300.

The room is available for short or long term, from a few days to several months or more.

I am only looking for a female renter as i already have one room let to a female and it’s a female only shared main bathroom.

I am happy to except people on benefits/universal credit, etc.

I am a live in Landlord, work from home, and am always there, so there will never be an issue with security or safety.
