You would be just 12 minutes walk to Northwood station, and 12 minutes drive to Watford Junction Station, and there is also parking at the front of the building.

The Landlords are a genuinely lovely couple who respond to questions very quickly.

£700 not including bills. Council Tax 23/24 £107 each. I currently pay £20 for Sky Broadband Superfast 35. 18 month contract from Sept 23, happy to pay £10 each & share, equally happy to upgrade & share the cost.

NORTHWOOD Northwood is a lovely quiet suburb but with lots of restaurants, a local pub & a Library. There is a Waitrose, Tesco Express & a fruit & veg shop. Its on the Metropolitan Line and just 30 minutes to Baker Street. If you like shopping it’s about 10 minutes drive or 25 minutes on the Bus to Watford Shopping Centre with stores from Primark to Flannels. There is also a Cineworld & Hollywood Bowl.

You will be sharing with just me. I’m a friendly, calm person but respectful of peoples privacy, and desire to just chill on their own . Im vegetarian, but you don’t need to be. I’m looking for someone who is tidy as the flat is quite minimalist, so hopefully you will like that too. I like to think im a youthful 50 :-) , but happy to share with anyone 25+.
