It’s a nice spacious flat with a large kitchen and hall. The bedrooms are good sized as well. Only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. 5 from the retail park. Bus stop directly outside, supermarkets also very close. Free parking available and nice neighbours. The room itself is a nice comfortable carpeted room with a nice large closet. Currently has a spare bed and a set of drawers in it. Everything can be removed upon request.

I’m a friendly lad who loves to meet new folk. I’m cultured and have many friends, my foreign folks. My last two flat mates were both females and I adored living with them so females preferred but I am open to males too. I work ad a security supervisor for the NHS & so I work long hours sometimes. I’m not a personal space or low noise junkie and so don’t worry about that. I’d love to have someone who likes to sit and watch films when they are free to do so and someone who loves to have a chat.
