We are a couple in Whetstone seeking a relaxed and open-minded individual to share the house.

The room has an ottoman bed (storage underneath), TV (no licence but VirginTV box included), 3 sets of drawers, and we’d be happy to get small desk and chair if the tenant wanted. Hanging pictures/posters is fine, we would want it to feel like home.

Quite happy for someone to share meals, tv etc on occasion and hopefully we’ll end up friends. We’d also be happy with someone who wants their own space.

We shower at the gym often so not a lot of pressure on the bath/shower room.

The conservatory, garden and front room can all be shared, but I wouldn’t go as far as calling them communal spaces. We’d ask that the tenant respect this is our home.

The bathroom and kitchen would be considered communal space.

It’s just us, the cat and some fish. Pets would be fine but sorry, no cats or dogs. We are also looking at getting a few hens.

Smokers are welcome but only to smoke outside, or by the conservatory door if its fairly light smoking.

All bills included, good broadband. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer etc

We’re quite arty/crafty so wouldn’t mind anyone doing their projects, as long as it’s kept tidy when finished for the day.

84 bus stops v. nearby. Co-op 2 min walk.

We are a couple who moved to the area 12 months ago. Aged 39 and 31 but don’t really feel it. We both enjoy reading, arts/crafts, cooking, bingeing netflix, gaming. Male is a petrolhead socialist, female is a anime + artsy type. We are both friendly and laid back.
