Riley's room

hi! i am moving out and am looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely 2 bedroom flat located in the west end! It is available for move in any time between December 22nd - January 17th and rent is due on the 17th of every month.

The flat is an excellent location with Kelvinhall and Partick stations within 7mins which each allow easy and convenient access to the city centre. You will have your own room and bathroom and there is in unit laundry! the flat also comes fully furnished including a bed frame, mattress, sheets, pillows, desk, desk chair, bedside table, bin, closet storage, dishes, silverware, and cookware. toilet is equipped with a bathroom and shower head and the flat is located on the top floor of the building which is only accessible by stairs.

You will be sharing the flat with a 28 year old woman who works full time as a teacher. She enjoys a tidy and quiet flat and is a great cook!
