As my flatmate is moving out, I’m looking for someone to renew the contract for two bedroom flat with a patio in central London.

The flat as a lot of storage space and it’s composed by two bedrooms (yours with a double bed), a living room, a kitchen, one bathroom, and a patio with bbq and an hammock.

The flat is split in two floors, ground floor and lower ground floor, which leads to the patio. That patio is really like to chill on the summer and when is warm I like to project movies outside.

I’m looking for someone clean and easy going that wants to create a “home vibe” in the flat and spend some time together whatever is hosting a film/game night or just sharing a meal together. If you think it’s you, reach out!

Your bedroom has a desk, lots of shelfs, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and two VERY BIG storage spaces. One in your room and one just for you downstairs for like luggages etc..

The house has other two shared storage places so if you have quite a few things with you, worry that’s the place for you :)

The area is super central: 7 mins walking from Oxford Circus (Central, Victoria and Bakerloo), 7 mins from Great Portland Street Station (Hammersmith and City, Circle) and around 9-10 mins to Goodge Street Station (Northern Line). Despite the central location, out street is very quiet. You can walk to Regent’s park and there’re lot of green spaces around.

You will be sharing the house with me: I’m in my early thirties who loves dads’ jokes, a good wine and I’ve been told I have a debatable music taste. I like going to the cinema, the theatre, and improv shows. I’m pretty curious so I’m always up for trying new things whatever it’s exploring a new neighbourhood in London, go for a hike, trying a new restaurant, do a trapeze class or signing up for a roller skating course. I’m also really into reading and photography. I’m a pretty social person so I like to occasionally host board games night and dinners with friends (of course communicating it in advance).
