The property is a 2 bed flat located in Toll cross. It is a small flat with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, the location is great just a 10-15-minute walk from Cowgate, the University of Edinburgh’s main campus and Princes Street. It also has great bus connections so you can travel anywhere across the city. The rent is £550 per month which is very cheap for how great the location is, the electric works off pay as you go and we average £40 per month, the only other bill to pay is the WiFi which is a further £13.25. The room will come part furnished, you will have a Wardrobe and built-in shelf storage but NO bed, however Facebook market is a good place to find cheap second- hand beds.
