Hi everyone, I am looking for a replacement tenant for my en suite at Dean Street Works. The room is fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, desk and chair, loads of storage space (closet, bookshelves and drawers), a mirror and an electric heater that you can control yourself. It also has its own bathroom with a shower. The pictures here are of a generic room taken from the official residence website.

The kitchen is shared with the rest of the flatmates and it is equipped with oven, microwave, stoves, and two fridges with freezers. There is also a space with sofas and a TV.

The building is in a great location, situated at walking distance from the University campus, the city centre and Gloucester road which is full of small shops and cafés. Plenty of options for groceries too. It is a good spot from which to start exploring the city if you are moving here for the first time.

The bills are all included in the price.

The kitchen and living room are shared with seven lovely postgrad students from the UoB. Everyone is friendly but they let you do your own thing too.
