Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table; space on the landing for a desk, or the dresser could be put onto the landing if you want to put your own desk into the room instead. Generous bathroom space with a shower over the bath. overlooking the backyard. Bills to be shared include water, electricity, gas and broadband and should be about £50pppm. You must be LGBTQ+ friendly, tidy and clean. You must also be reliable, and commit to staying for the minimum period.
