About the room
Hi, looking for somebody to take over my tenancy for the remaining 9 months (until 15/09/2024) as Iām wanting to move in with some friends.
The flat is modern and already furnished, including kitchenware, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, other essential appliances. The flat has a nice outdoor balcony too.
It is located just off the Ormeau road in a quiet and very safe area, there is a co-op 10 minute walk away and Forestside shopping centre is 15 minutes walk away. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which can take you directly into city centre.
The current flatmate is 22 and works for BT, so there is very fast WiFi in the flat. She is clean and tidy and easy to get on with.
The letting agency will have to carry out referencing, and their only requirement is that you either have an annual income of Ā£18,000+ or can provide a guarantor.
The flat is available from now as I just need to find a replacement before I move out.
About the roomies
The other flatmate is 22, she works at BT. She is very friendly and easy to get on with, also tidy and respects privacy.
