I’m currently looking for someone to replace me in my flat contract from my next rent date due to change of circumstances. My flat is located on teddington highstreet , It’s a one story flat located on the second floor and consists of 3 other flat mates all girls studying at st Mary’s university. The rent is £481.25 per month and with bills it is £542.70 . The bedroom is a double bedroom. It is unfurnished but includes a double bed ! And we have a good sized kitchen . If interested you will need a parental guarantor and I will get you in contact with my landlord . Preferably students from St Mary’s University or Kingston University.
