Millet Place

We’re looking for a couple (or single person) to take an amazing ensuite room in a stunning 3-bed flat in Pontoon Dock from mid-Feb 2024. The couple currently living in the master ensuite bedroom are moving out but the other 2 flatmates wish to continue the tenancy, hence the ad!

The building is literally right in front of Pontoon Dock DLR station, which has excellent transport links to central (London Bridge or Bank in 15-20 mins). The room on offer is a double with an ensuite, with inbuilt wardrobes and incredibleeee high-story views of the Thames Barrier and the park. The flat offers huge amount of space and storage, with an open-plan living and dining area as well as a big balcony. The building also comes with an on-site concierge, gym, yoga studio, TV room and even a Dining room (to hire for events).

As the flat is luxury, the price for the room would be just under £800 per person (£1,600 total for a couple/single person) not including main bills. However bills are generally cheaper than a lot of London locations as they are split between 4 people, and Wifi is included. The flat is also always so warm so we never use the heating, which is a huge bonus if you hate being cold in the winter!!

We’re working professionals in the city, all super chill and fun people, up for a laugh and a fun evening out somewhere but also like our own space and are tidy and respectful.
