About the room
We’re looking for a couple to take an ensuite room in a newbuild 3-bed flat in Pontoon Dock from Feb 2024 until October (with the opportunity to extend ).
The couple currently living in the master bedroom want to move out in February 2024, but myself and my flatmate Josh wish to continue the tenancy
The building is literally right in front of Pontoon Dock station, which has excellent transport links to central (London Bridge or Bank in less than 20 mins). The room on offer is a double with an ensuite, with inbuilt wardrobes and incredible high-story views of the Thames Barrier and the park. The flat offers huge amount of space and storage, with an open-plan living and dining area as well as a big balcony. The building also comes with an on-site 24/7 concierge, gym, yoga studio, TV room and even a Dining room (to hire for events).
As the flat is luxury, the price for the room would be just under £800 per person (£1,600 total for a couple) not including main bills. However bills are generally cheaper than a lot of London locations as they are split between 4 people, and Wifi is included. The flat is also always so warm so we never use the heating, which is a huge bonus if you hate being cold in the winter!!
