About the room
Quiet furnished room available, looking out onto garden.
Property consists of living area with TV, couch and dining table, a separate kitchen and shared bathroom. Garden and decking to rear of property and parking to front driveway.
The commute into the city from the house is very easy - a 5 minute walk to Queensbury station (jubilee line) which links up to the Metropolitan line. It takes around 25-30 mins to get to Baker Street station.
The room would be great for a professional female who is social but also has their own thing going on outside of the house. There is space to wfh, but the preference is for someone who has a hybrid working policy.
The room is furnished but if you would like to swap your own furniture or mix and match that is an option and any furniture not needed can be put into storage provided by the house.
The move in date can be flexible.
