Tina's room

We are looking for preferably a female short term lodger from about now until about 1st January. It’s a short term let.

We are letting out our wonderful, huge spare room at the very top of the house to short term lets, down to one week at a time, We live in a modern, warm and very convenient house near Addenbrookes hospital (CB18TH) - it’s a 10-minute walk or less.

The room is quiet, large, modern with the best views of typical Cambridge gardens. Perfect for working in peace and quiet. It has a double bed, desk and chair and WiFi with a booster box. There are two radiators.

You will also have cupboard space in the kitchen and a separate fridge, which is mostly yours - and you are welcome to eat as much homemade jam as you like while you are here and whenever I make bread, just help yourself! You are also welcome to borrow one of our bicycles. Bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, washing powder etc. are all included if you want.

We are a busy family with 2 teenage children, but we are used to having lodgers, and our top room is secluded and quiet - you won’t hear them! It is the cleanest, biggest og most quiet part of the house.

We hope you like cats! In fact you must like cats. We have a very sociable cat, Stripy, and he will want you to be his friend!
