Double bedroom to rent in a 2 bedroom house in New Cross . The house has a really nice garden, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room (open space ). The bedroom that is out for rent is not fully furnished , has a bed, there is also enough space for desk and wardrobe ( there is a big wardrobe for each bedroom on the hallway ) . The house has plenty storage , there is a large garden shed where you can also keep some belongings .

I am looking for someone that is looking for a house to call home and will look after the house as if it’s their own house. I am looking for someone chilled, that is able to keep the house clean and occasionally enjoys spending some time socialising with flatmates such has sharing a nice meal and a bottle of wine.
