We are renting one spacious double rooms, which comes with your own en-suite bathroom, in our lovely home in Carpenders Park. The property is in an excellent condition comprises of a living room, separate kitchen, conservatory, garden and bathroom. You will be sharing with us a young couple.

The rent is £800 for single and £1200 for a couple / two people.

Inclusive Bills All bills, including utilities, are already included in the rent (gas, electricity, internet, council tax, and water).

Convenience & Location You’ll also have access to free parking and be conveniently situated near local shops (Lidl, Nisa Local, and Tesco Express).

Cleanliness & Shared Duties A clean and well-maintained living space. You have the flexibility to choose between sharing weekly cleaning duties or contributing towards a cleaner for added convenience

The Living Space The house has many spaces to relax from the open conservatory to the comfy living room.

Furnished Room The double rooms comes fully furnished with a double wardrobe, and a new comfortable double bed.

Ideal Lodger A professional or student who works away during the weekdays and values cleanliness. You would be sharing with the landlord who is a professional who is easygoing and friendly.

We’re a young couple (29F and 33M) who are both working professionals in Medical Engineering & HR. We generally work from home and go into the office once / twice a week.

We also have a lovely lodger who works in Watford 5 days a week in Sales. You will mainly only see him in the evenings and weekends.
