Bedroom does come as unfurnished but it does have a new king-size mattress and I’m happy to lower first months rent by 150 so you can choose a bed for yourself. The room has blinds and curtains and a ceiling light fan .You will have access to kitchen, living room, conservatory,garden and there is also parking. We have 2 small dogs so you must be OK with small dogs.we live close to all shops, train station and bus station. Brampton is a sought after area to live in and its very quiet.

You will be living with myself (40) and my daughter. We are very sociable but also respectful of others down time.
