Double room available in St Albans, AL1 - just 20 minutes to London St. Pancras King’s Cross station. Short term let (December 2023 - January 2024) with option to extend.

Looking for someone to take over my beautiful double room available from 1st December 2023, lease ends end of January 2024 with option to extend, the landlady is fantastic and very flexible. I have lived here for a year and it’s a beautiful flat that feels more like a house, I am moving into London for work.

Shared full bathroom with bath, rear patio/garden as well as front garden, and driveway with space for 2+ cars, as well as outside shed and attic for storage.

The room gets tons of light during the day, has built in cupboards, and comes furnished with a double bed, side table and desk if you wfh at times, but furnishings can also be removed if that’s what you need.

Location: just 10 minute’s walk to St. Alban’s City and St. Alban’s Abbey stations, as well as 10 minute’s walk to town centre, gym, all shops and cafe’s and Verulamium Park, also shops just 5 minute’s walk and 5 minute walk to The Beehive pub and Hare and Hounds!

You’ll be sharing with a 32-year old guy who works in town as a senior engineer, easygoing, clean, and respectful. Would love to have someone who can be a friend but also respect down time and personal space.
