Our house is a four bed, 2 bath semidetached in Withington that has been newly painted and received new furniture in the last year.
We are currently looking for two new housemates to move in before the start of December.
Ten minute walks to local supermarkets, Mauldeth Road Train Station & Withington High Street with bus links to Oxford Road and Picadilly Gardens.
Tenants must sign a joint tenancy agreement valid until July 2024.
Tenants must able to provide the landlord with a Guarantor with a UK address and phone number.
Tenants must be able to pay rent to the landlord via post-dated cheques. Security deposit can be paid via bank transfer.
In July 2024 the rent will be raised to £450 pcm.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted and no cohabiting couples are permitted to share a room by the landlord.
Bills average around £110 per month.

Current tenants are both professionals but open to living with students. Expect a quiet environment as we both work a schedule that includes regular late and early shifts.
