Room going in a small 2 bedroom flat in Richmond, minutes from the station. Building has a Porter, 24 hour security, rubbish collection, car park. Bills roughly £200 a month.

I’m a freelance makeup artist so very unpredictable work schedule, but out and about a lot as often at the gym or cinema etc. Would value someone who is similarly busy so we hopefully get a natural balance of being in to hang out together but also having the place to ourselves sometimes.

As the flat is quite small and old it’s useful to stay on top of cleaning and tidying - would love a flatmate who is conscious of this in shared spaces (I’m not a clean freak or super tidy myself but try really hard to stay on top of it as it makes a big difference to the vibe of the flat!)
