John's room

The flat is clean, modern and literally in the beating heart of the Northern Quarter.

It is 3rd floor flat and I am the owner and co tenant. It is warm, with heating throughout and a superb rock star styled shared bathroom!

I work from home 4 days a week as a Marketing and socials manager, I DJ out and about a lot at weekends too, and I also spend a lot of time at my partners home, so not always about.

I have dog called Joe, who is only 6 months old , but very friendly and stays in his crate when resting, He also goes most places with me too, so if I am out and about, he usually is too

Rent includes all bills and internet except for the electric, which will be shared between us.

There is a big TV and also two seater leather sofa and armchair in the lounge area and fold out dining table and chairs ( a new L shape sofa coming soon!).

Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers in the double room available too.

I am a 60 year old Marketing , socials manager for a Gin company.

I also DJ out and about and live between my flat, my partners home and my Sisters in Wales… So not always around the flat in the NQ, It’s more my base really.

I have beautiful English Bull terrier puppy called Joe who goes everywhere with me, rarely left at home alone.

I am fairly easy going and friendly, so long as the last is kept clean and tidy and dishes are done and put away after use, and their is no smoking in the flat, all rent and share of the electric bills are paid on time makes me a happy boy! I am then an absolute pussy cat to be around! Lol.
