The flat is located in a prime location within 5min of Merchant City and is within 10mins walk to Lidl, Aldi, Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Savers and Poundland. There is also a great range of fast food restaurants nearby, such as: Greggs, Domino’s, McDonald’s, KFC, TacoBell and Shawarma king (best Kebab in Scotland). And amazing options for restaurants and cafes, such as: Mono, Outlier, iCafe, Cafe Nero, Paesano, Thundercat Pub and many more. The property is within 10mins walk to High Street and Argyle Street train station and 20mins walk to Buchanan Bus Station, and Central and Queen Street train station. The kitchen was fully refurbished 2 years ago and is equipped to a high standard. It includes a 55“ tv, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker (with an induction hob), dishwasher, wine cooler, cutlery, cooking utensils and lots of storage.

The Livingroom is fully furnished, it’s a hybrid space that can be a Livingroom or a Bedroom, so it’s important to be mindful that the space won’t be available at all times, as this will also be my bedroom.

The balcony is very long, which includes a garden, dinning and lounging area. It’s also equipped with an electric grill (for the warmer months).

This is a fully electric smart home, with double glazing, security entry system, wireless internet (fibre optic 1GB/s) and on-street parking. If you need more storage space, the flat also has a very spacious attic, so there’s lots of room for storage.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible, quiet, clean and tidy. I’ve invested a lot in my property, so all I ask is for your to be respectful of my home. All bills are included except the electrical bill which will depend on usage. The flat has a Band C EPC rating.

I’m Kevin, and I’m originally from Costa Rica, I’ve been living in Glasgow for the past 7 years. I’m a full-time professional working for the NHS. I went through a sudden breakup at the beginning of the year, so I’m looking to start a new chapter in my life. I’m hoping to find a friendly roommate to connect with. I’m an easygoing person, who enjoys clean and orderly spaces. I’ve got a life-time commitment with my babies (plants 🪴), so anyone happy to put up with an urban-jungle environment would be a bonus.
