The house is located in a quiet place, in close proximity to shops, bus, tram (Trinity Way) and train (Galton Bridge) stops. If you have a car you can park outside the house or free on the street. No permit required.
Bus stops are practically outside the house: 80, 87 Platinum on Oldbury Road and 48, 48A, 49,54, 54A on Spon Lane South. Short walk to the train and trams to the city centre. All other things we can discuss along the viewing.
