I am a live-in landlady looking for a single, professional/student, respectful and honest tenant.

About me: I am a professional teacher (both English and Primary). Social and calm. I like learning new things, long walks/ bike rides, movies.

Flat: Spacious (70 sq. m.), modern, new built, clean 2-bed ground floor flat with access to the secluded communal garden, indoors untility room and bike shed and nearby parking. I clean the flat weekely and have pride in its appearance/ condition.

You will have a master en-suit double room nicely decorated with spacious and clean shower/ lavatory. The room is fully carpeted and furnished with a king double bed, working space/desk, shelving, mirrors, cabinets, TV, wardrobe etc.

Living room: The flat has a very large open space living/ kitchen area with all modern amenities: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/over, microwave, etc

The outside communal area: modern and decorated, intercom secure access, clean and nicely landscaped, weekly looked after.

Area: Central Tunbridge Wells. Easy access to transport, parking nearby, short walk to shops, Royal Victoria shopping centre, schools, restaurants, etc.

Tenants: Single. Students/ Professionals only. References, bank statements and deposit are required. Tidy and respectful. Tenancy agreement to be signed. Min 6 months, with extension for the right tenants.

Rent: £800 p/m plus energy bills (as they flactuate dramatically these days). All other bills included. £2,000 deposit.
