Harry's room

The room is good because it is private, quiet after 6pm due to a building going up next door but they are just moving to finalise the interior in the next month. It is at the end of the corridor so no night time traffic. Spacious room, you’d have full artistic licence, it is currently 4 while walls, a bed and a closet. I don’t care if you wanted to paint it turquoise or black as it would be your room. The property is a very nice 3 bedroom flat, i have been here for 6 months now and it is very private. It is located on the 5th floor with in my opinion one of the better views of manchester from the kitchen/lounge balcony. Ordsall is a nice area and luckily the apartment is located on the riverside so it is a 20 minute walk to the Selfridges end of Deansgate. There is a Sainsbury’s across the road and also after a late night there are both a McDonald’s and a KFC in the car park. Just on a final note, the apartment will be having a refresh in the earlier part of next year from new front door, floors and furniture.

Currently i am the only resident of the apartment. And i am here at most 60% of the week due to family, work and sporting commitments. I am fairly social so do tend to go out quite often when i am back at the flat, i tend not to have people back due to the fact i would rather be out however this isn’t a you can’t bring people back. It will be as much your flat as mine. I’m quite OCD so the place is cleaned twice a week plus i do keep on top of it. I drive so if things are needed to be picked up or dropped off and i am free then of course i am happy to help!
