Very large downstairs bedroom (5.4m x 3.5m) and separate private bathroom directly next to your room (it’s not an en suite though). The bedroom contains a double bed, large 2 seater sofa, Smart TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps available if you have your own account), large wardrobe, small chest of drawers, desk and chair.

The bedroom joins onto the conservatory, which you’ll also have sole use of (there’s an eliptical trainer in there for you if you wanted to use it as a gym). You’ll also have your own freezer in the conservatory.

You’ll have the best view in the house of the large back garden which has many fruit trees in and is lovely during the spring and summer months (the garden is currently undergoing some improvements).

The kitchen is definitely in need of a full makeover, but is fully functional and contains a cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

We’re fine with someone who wants to “work from home” (within their room) too.

My wife and I will be living upstairs, where we will spend 90% of our time when not at work. You will share the same kitchen as us, but will likely rarely see us. So this room is perfect for someone who doesn’t want to interact with the live-in landlord all the time. We are both professionals (both over 37 years old) and work during the day.
