3 STUDENT HOUSEMATES WANTED FOR 2024/25 in a 4 bedroom house in Osbaldwick. Unfortunately, 3 housemates are all taking a placement year so now looking for 3 housemates to replace them. All 3 rooms are double rooms (really good size) and one of them is a loft conversion with its own en-suite (with roll top bath) The house is about a 15 minute walk to campus east and on a bus route to the Uni and into York. There is a small garden which is maintained by the landlord. Honestly - the house is fantastic! The rent is currently £190 per week ( per room) inclusive of bills. The tenancy will run from 1st July 2024 to 26th June 2025. Also have to add that the landlords are amazing!

I am a 2nd year Law student at University of York. I am a chilled person enjoys staying in watching tv and also enjoys nights out. I am a non smoker and am tidy!
