The Flat is located in Clerkenwell, minutes from Farringdon station and near to various supermarkets and amenities. The flat is spread across two levels and has access to an outside space. Rent, including bills is £1150 per month. Included in the rent is a twice monthly cleaner. The room is approx 10.5Ft by 11.5ft, features a built in wardrobe and other storage units. You would be sharing with one other male (me) in their late 30’s. I work in sound design/music production & audio restoration. I am a calm, reasonable and considerate person. I have my own friends and life etc, but I am sociable and enjoy the odd drink, boxset or movie. My current Flatmate, whom I have happily shared with for many years is sadly moving out to buy a place of their own, hence the room is available.

This is not a party place, it’s more of a oasis of calm in the city. I am not looking for someone who likes to party constantly or have people stay over all the time. This is a stable, friendly and calm environment. I am looking for someone to move in on a longer term basis, rather than short term.

This flat share is not available to couples, sadly not suitable for pets and is non-smoking.
