I am offering a large double bedroom in a smart 2 bedroom apartment in Bow, fully furnished and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi. I will be live in the flat about 10 days a month on average for work.
Great location, the flat is 5-10 minutes’ walk from Bow Road tube station and Bow Church DLR station, 15 mins from Mile Road.
Roman road market is just around the corner with loads cafes, restaurants, supermarket close by.
For single occupancy is £975pcm.
Majority of bills are included, share of electricity cost. (on average £60 per person per month depends on usage) This is a quiet flat, I am looking for someone quiet and tidy to share. No parties or guest staying please.
