Two bedroom flat for rent with one room available for one person. Shared living spaces with a friendly and social flatmate.
I work from home a few days a week and travel from time to time due to the nature of work.
The flat is a short 15 walk from the city centre of Glasgow with regular bus services within walking distance and the closest Subway station being Cowcaddens.
Rent is £400 a month due on the 12th. Bills tend to be around £120 per month. Council tax band D.
The letting agency will request that the lease is updated to include your name.
About the roomies
Your flatmate will be myself, a 30 year old Event Manager that works from home a few days a week and will travel with work also so I’ll be in and out. I’m social, very friendly and would like to be friends with my flatmate.
Socially I go to a lot of gigs, cinema trips and shamefully love karaoke but I’ll keep that for the bar not the flat. I like weekends away and my down time in the evenings.
I’m gay and my pronouns are he/him. I would feel more comfortable with an LGBTQIA and friendly flatmate.
