Really beautiful property. It has a lovely garden with a BBQ included. It is a 5 bedroom house (each room with a double bed & desk) with 2 bathrooms (one of which has a bathtub & both have showers), 1 TV room/lounge, a kitchen (2 ovens and large fridge + freezer + dishwasher), a dining room and a laundry room. I am currently looking for 4 housemates. LGBTQIA+ friendly :)

The rent is reflective of the property, and area and it includes wifi and a cleaner for all communal spaces every 2 weeks.

Area: High Kingsdown. Easy access to the city centre. If you work in healthcare then the BRI and St Michaels hospital are <10 minutes walk away. You are about a 15-minute walk from Clifton Downs if running is your thing. The co-op is a 2 minute walk away. There is parking if you get a visitor’s permit or apply for a permit.

Regarding the council tax band - currently, university students live on the property so we are exempt, but I can find this out on request.

Bills: PER PERSON Water bills - Roughly £60 a year Energy bills - (octopus energy), ranged from £20ppm-£70ppm depending on energy consumption and the time of year. Tends to be more around £32/month with maybe 2 or 3 months in winter costing £65-70.

I will be in my 5th year of Medicine and I am looking to live with people who are not uni students as I am 24 and feel I have more or less grown out of the uni lifestyle of consistently going out on weeknights.

I am someone who works hard but enjoys downtime too and I will spend my free time doing yoga, art and hanging out with friends. I like aimless chats about life but also very much need my quiet time. I would describe myself as an introverted extrovert.

I am looking for housemates who appreciate a well-kept living space. I want someone who is clean, and respectful with regard to noise especially when people have different work schedules.

I want to live in a drama-free house with people who are honest, meaning that if someone has a problem with something they talk about it upfront.
