Room in shared house. Room has king sized bed with Hypnos mattress. Would suit student or intern at Discovery park which is a 15 minute walk from here or use our bikes and bike there. Street parking but sometimes not right outside. We are chilled here. No dramas - everyone accepted for who they are and where they are from. No major rules. Just pay the rent on time and take your shoes off when you go upstairs. Smoking outside in conservatory only. Sandwich is quiet and conservative - it has links to London by fast train now - train station 8minutes walk - bus just down the road - lots of pubs and eateries - Thanet 10 minutes drive. 2 Full time workers in house 1 intern working at Discovery. Current Indian man is going home as he’s not been for two years Everyone does their own thing and everyone is busy but friendly We have friendly dogs but they don’t roam around everywhere they are contained especially in this weather!
