LLarge bright double bedroom in house that is newly refurbished. Close to the hospital, ideal for Medical Students or professionals working in the hospital. A short walk into town and close to transport links.

The kitchen includes a brand new washer/dryer and dishwasher and has plenty of storage space! The bathroom was renovated this summer and is brand new, including a rain shower. There is a shared living room with a large smart TV and a lovely garden where I am hoping to have BBQs and grow some vegetables ☺️ There is a small shed for storage and bikes can also be stored in the garden.

You will be sharing with one more person (me) A bit about myself: I’m 28 and studying Medicine as my second degree. I am currently in my third year. I lived in Lincoln before when I did my undergrad in Psychology. I’m originally from Germany but have lived in the Uk for over 9 years! ☺️ I enjoy socialising, going to the pub and love going out for food 😋 But I also enjoy a chilled night in watching Netflix or playing games! I also enjoy going to the gym. I’m very a clean and respectful housemate and am looking for a likeminded person to live with to make this house a home!
