£169/week, En-Suite Room in Student Roost, Little Patrick Street
Hello 😊, I am looking for a kind person to take over my en-suite room in the Student Accommodation in Little Patrick Street. “Student Roost” is for students only and is based in the city centre of Belfast, which is nice and comfortable when it comes to going out or public transportations. You can get to Ulster University in 5 minutes and to Queen’s in 30 minutes.
The monthly rent is £169 per week and includes Wifi, Water, Electricity, Heating, the use of a communal kitchen (shared with 4 other persons, which are really kind), bike storage and staff on site 24/7, etc. It also contains an insurance.
The contract is set til 31st August 2024, a rebooking of the room should be possible! 😊 I also could give a way some kitchen utensils if you are interested!
About the roomies
In the flat are living three males and one female between the age of eighteen and twenty-two.
