2 bedroom house with two extra rooms (4 rooms total) that can be utilised as an office/study room etc. in a good place in selly oak. 20 mins to UOB and 10 mins to train station. message for more details council tax band B - wont matter due to student exemption rent is £606 per month because i need to urgently move , i have paid off all the bills. Just need someone to take over rent for tenancy
