Tyrrell Street

Currently solo occupying a house looking for a flatmate to take up a single room. (My current office in the photos).

Room is on second floor and view of the back of the property. Bathroom and kitchen is shared.

Parking outside is free and plentiful, I’ve never had an issue getting a space. The longest I’ve had to walk was about 20 seconds down the road. Also a cheap (fuel) and close small Tesco very close nearby.

Unfortunately the property is unfurnished, all furniture I brought to the house when I moved in was my own, also including the washing machine and refrigerator of which you are more than welcome to use of course.

The two empty rooms downstairs I don’t use at all so great if you have lot’s of stuff to bring over.

Internet is currently with Virgin Media M125 Fibre Broadband. (I’m happy to upgrade if you wish) I’m towards the end of my contract so looking to renew at a lower cost. Expect £10-25 p/m costing depending on the new contract.

Gas and Electric, looking to change provider from my currently plan once you’re moved in.

Estate Agents will require a 6 Month contract, and additional £50 fee for adding another tenant. (Need to check but I believe there isn’t a need for a deposit from yourself) The agent who manages this property is very good and will reply quickly. After your contract it is rolling month by month with 1 month notice when leaving.

Total Rent for property to be split is £795 so £397.5 per month. Council tax band A

I’m a 23 year old Web Developer working Hybrid in Leicester. I can be socialable but also comfortable keeping to myself. When I’m not playing games or working, I’m usually either rock climbing, at the gym or sometimes at the golf range.

I’ve also lived previously before with LGBT+ and flat mates in a house before while at University. Looking for someone who will be happy keeping communal areas clean and also a reasonable human being. Would very much prefer professionals working too unless you’re a student that dislikes frequent house parties.

Roughly twice a month my girlfriend comes down to visit for a short one / two day stay, if you also have a partner that isn’t going to be renting then I’d appreciate similar short stays.
