This is a HMO (Housing of Multiple Occupancy) with a newly furnished room to let. This is a friendly and peaceful household and area in ideal location not to far from Blackhorse station (Victoria Line).

The house is owned by myself (Michael) and my brother Darren. This is a three story property with a loft conversion at the top.

About the roomies

The household is friendly with male tenants from African and Caribbean decent. All is welcome and then room mats are mainly quiet but they do get along and enjoy a chat when they see each other.
