Joshua's room

A room available to rent in the house I’m living in. You pay rent at £375 a month + £40 a month for gas. I pay the other half of rent, I pay electricity, and internet and also top up gas if it runs out after you put in £40.

Available near the end of October. Kitchen appliances, some are mine others are the landlord’s but they’re available for you to use. Livingroom has two couches.

I’m an introvert but like the occasional socialising. I work full time and as a hobby write, draw and play Genshin. If you’re an anime or fantasy fan we’ll have that in common.
