The room is large sized situated at the front of the property. It has a new single bed, large canvass wardrobe and upon vacancy I will also put a new single fridge and kettle too for your convenience. At present I have my home office in there which will be removed, but if you want to use the table and swivel chair for yourself or working from home, you can.

In the lounge we have BT TV, Netflix, Amazon & Disney. But you can use these in your room by linking in.

The sunroom has a large oak dining table and French doors that lead onto the rear garden. Unusual for houses like this to have a large garden.

Kitchen has usual equipment. Washer, Dryer, fridge, 2 freezers, microwave, elec oven, gas hob, air fryer, toaster, kettle and a real bean coffee machine.

Shared upstairs bathroom with shower enclosure and separate bath / sink area. D/s Toilet off the kitchen. All bills are paid by us, gas, elec, water, council tax and included in your rent, wifi and tv apps are also included.

You just buy food and cook it.

We like to keep things clean so would appreciate a similar tidy person to live with us.

We don’t mind visitors but ask that they do not stay over (but open to discussion if distant family wants to visit) or venture around the property alone.

If you want a safe, clean environment, we both welcome you.

You can bring stuff with you too, we have storage space in our spare 4th bedroom for you to store items in.

Hi I am Andrew (British) and my girlfriend is Mita (Thai), we are very friendly, we have a fun relationship, both work and we like our evenings together having a nice meal over conversation. Feel free to join us. We have a nice West facing upstairs room in our house for a female to join us and rent. You get to see some lovely sunsets. Put simply we both agreed that we don’t want to live with a male, hence female only. We don’t smoke so we will only accept non-smokers and non vapers.
