Lorraine's room

This is a newly built 4 bedroom house, on a quiet estate. I am a live-in landlord and only renting out 1 room. Everything is modern and in working order, with fibre internet and an electric car charging port. The room for rent is a furnished double room; including a bed, side table and clothing rail. Downstairs is open plan kitchen / living / dining but one of the large upstairs double bedrooms (which has a balcony) is used as another sitting room, allowing each of us to have separate spaces. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet / sink. The garden is newly landscaped with plenty of space. I am located 1 mile away from New Cross Hospital and a couple of miles away from the central University of Wolverhampton Campus. This is a non smoking room.

I am a female live in landlord, in my 30’s. I have a professional job and work from home for most of the week.
