Furnished double room in Tinshill , Leeds, to rent in a spacious 4 bedroom town house. The house is currently occupied by the owners.
The room is furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe and has a work area with a desk. Also in the room is a 40 inch HD smart TV.
The rest of the house is as follows: Ground Floor: Lounge, Kitchen and WC First Floor: Bedroom 1 (used as office), Family bathroom which would be primarily used by the tenant as we use our en-suite and TV room Second Floor: Room 2 (for let) and Bedroom 3 with ensuite bath room (occupied by landlords).
There is off street parking in the large driveway, a large garden and the house has good WiFi throughout.
The house is 5 min walking distance to Horsforth train station with links to Leeds city centre and York via Harrogate on the opposite line. Bus links are also very close. Bars, cafes and shopping of Horsforth are a short walk away.
