Kersland Street

Lovely flat in amazing location at heart of west end, close to Uni and 2 mins from Byres Rd. Ground floor flat with its own front door (no close). High ceilings, big kitchen and bathroom, furnished, good light, best storage space of any flat I’ve stayed in. The room available is the big one - double bed, two wardrobes, bookshelf built into the wall, bedside tables, massive windows, nice fireplace (not in use of course). It’s a really nice room :)

I’ll be moving out on 9th Oct and Martin will be staying, new roommate just needs to sign with letting agents so I imagine they’ll need a background/credit check etc. Martin is an old friend and a great roommate - he enjoys music, gaming, going for beers, keeps himself to himself :)
