You are getting the front slightly larger room with king sized bed and a smart TV. The 3rd room is used as storage. Good size garden, front driveway for 1 car, plenty of space to park on the very wide road, 1min walk from train/metro station and very frequent bus to city centre. The house is a bit old but we are in the midle of some remodeling/update. There is broadband but not included in the price. All kitchen appliances plus cloth dryer, air fryer, double door american style fridge/freezer. Fully furnished. I have a very well behaved black cat (I hope you are not superstitious :)). I am 54 year old female professional. Don’t smoke but don’t mind if you do only out of the house. Really NOT fan of loud music till late hours. If you are tidy and considerate, I don’t see us having any issues. Call if you have any questions.
