Cozy single bed room located in Streatham Vale. The house is occupied by 3 lovely females at the minute. Spacious common areas and added amenities such as dishwasher and tv in common area included.

Bills are not included and come at an extra fixed cost of £90 a month. Council tax not included. The property is located at 5-7 minute walk from Streatham common train station and a 1 minute walk away from bus stop.

I am a current flatmate who’s moving abroad so I’m hoping to find a suitable roommate for a month till me contract expires. The others are all working professionals and extremely considerate and adjusting. You can definitely expect to socialise with them if you want to and also will get a lot of space and private time to yourself.
