Looking for a new flat mate from 1st October! Here’s what you need to know:

The Flat This is a clean, modern, two storey maisonette flat with a big hall, living room, kitchen, balcony, shared bathroom, two good sized bedrooms. Your room comes part furnished with a double size bed & mattress and a built in wardrobe. The flat also have residents parking outside if required and a large communal back garden.

The Location The flat is a 5 min walk from Glasgow Green and within easy reach of Bridgeton(0.82 miles) and Argyle Street (0.85 miles) train station. Plenty of bus connections are also available I.e the 267 takes you straight into town centre if you’re not up for the 20 min walk into the city centre. There is plenty of wee shops, cafes etc local to the area and it’s also a 5-minute walk to Crown Street Retail Park. All in all, decent location to be!

Rent & Bills Your total monthly rent will include all of the following bills: Rent, Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Broadband, tv package/apps & TV licence. There would be an initial deposit of 1 months rent.

You Ideally, I’m looking to live with another professional for council tax reasons unless you are a student who is willing to split it. Hoping to find someone who is considerate, friendly and most importantly clean and tidy. I’m no Mrs Hinch, but if the odd bit of cleaning/hoovering is beyond you, then this isn’t the place for you. Also has to be LGBT+ friendly! A bonus would be finding someone that I get along with socially but also where we can respect each others space and downtime.

About Me I’m a young working professional who works a range of shifts in the NHS. I socialise most days off and enjoy having friends/family over and going out and about, but also do love some chill time staying in.
