10 mins walk to the centre of Chesterfield. Large retail parks a 5 minute walk away and a local coop corner shop. The hospital is less than 2 miles away and the property is next to the duel carriageway to the M1.

This property benefits from free plentiful on street parking, and is a quiet neighbourhood.

We are looking for housemates who are clean, tidy and professional. Property is non smoking / vaping.
