X2 lovely double rooms in maisonette in Bounds Green. Room is semi-furnished with double bed and chest of drawers.

The house is clean and on a fairly quiet, residential road. I am looking for a flatmate to take our spare rooms. Currently living in the flat is one woman. An independent professional. I am looking for clean, considerate and independent people to slot into a relaxed, homely environment.

To give an idea of the environment - it’s pretty chilled and friendly. It’s fine to have people round provided it’s not late during the week as not wanting a party house. There’s a roof terrace that you can sit out on and a big garden. Anyone into gardening welcome!

The property is located less than 10 minute walk to Bounds Green Tube, and 2 mins from Bowes Park Overground. You can get to both Kings Cross and Old Street in under 30 mins.

I don’t want someone who smokes in the house but fine on the roof terrace or in the garden. Cats welcome but also no cat is fine!
